designs are documented in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2008
Technical changes in drawings, process and inspection plans are documented
Documents of components used in aviation applications are marked for special awareness
Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) for new or changed products on all interface dimensions and electrical values
Documentation of performed in-process inspection by the worker and / or by inspection
personnel according to dynamic in-process inspection plans
Deviations are followed up by route-cause-analysis and action plans
Documentation of:
In-process inspection kept for 10 years Material traceability kept for 10 years*

as well as for all procured goods
All production and quality assurance equipment are subject to a regular calibration,
care and maintenance plan
Training requirements of all involved personnel monitored by personnel qualification matrix
Stockable subassemblies are, in addition to the regular inspection plan,
subject to inspection for safety relevant characteristics to ensure air worthyness
of these components

Movement friction and dynamics checked in custom-built test bench supported
by special linearity analysing software*
100% linearity test and delivery of individual linearity curve per meter movement
possible upon request
Print with customer and PREFAG product identification and serial number is
used as inspection mark*
